Booking Policies
Payments
All payments are due at the time of booking, there are no exceptions. I aim to create an environment with no stress or worry, and full of relaxation and creativity.
Tardiness, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Please be mindful and respect your artist's time, and the time of other clients. Aim to arrive on time, or a few minutes early if possible. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, you may receive a shortened service time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to your artist as soon as possible. You may reschedule your appointment once without any extra fees if you reach out at least 36 hours before the start of the appointment, but multiple requests will be treated as a cancellation and will require a new appointment to be booked.
Refunds
Refunds and credits are not offered for any henna or jagua services. Please make sure that the service you choose is what you are looking for. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, inquiries, or concerns.
